missing game pieces

By robert t, in War of the Ring

Is there a special e-mail address to use when contacting FFG about missing/defective pieces in both the base game and expansion?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Robert

I did use that page/form, thanks.

When I had the same problem with TOI, I had an e-mail of a person who I dealt directly with.

That's why I asked here as it must be common to be short a piece or three knowing the game components.

We shall see if a reply is forth coming.

Robert

FFG is usually very good about missing pieces. I have yet to ever hear of anyone having the remote chance of being denied.

Please let us know if you do find it. My SO and I tried to use the contact page to get a missing piece as well as the promised free promotional piece some time at release. Multiple attempts at contacting FFG failed, leaving "A sour taste in my mouth for FFG" per my SO. Which is excellent because there is several ffg games that have my interest piqued. By excellent of course, I mean not really, because the taste in her mouth has at times been known to directly influence my gaming purchases.

Sounds odd. Did you contact/send the messages to the right address? At the bottom of this page you see "User Support" link, in there -> Customer Service. I've gotten Doom and Talisman stuff from them in no time after contacting them.

I'm surprised as well. I have never had any issues getting replacements for not only defective parts, but for parts that I myself had lost or damaged. Every time I've contacted Customer Support, I've received an email response with 24 hours, and the replacements were received in less than a week.
