I've been looking at that on ebay as well. Someone with time and skill is selling it cheap in my opinion. It looks like they just took the FFG one sliced and damaged it and added their own stuff for the innards.
It's a custom piece, I believe. It's probably molded from the actual Transport and then roughed up.
Edited by DagobahDaveIt is 3rd party in that a third party has made it and you could use it in a home game because it does look pretty cool. It's in no way official or legal in tournaments (does anyone actually run epic tournaments?).
I was thinking it is more of a terrain peice

My first guess was a 3d printing and they will have more than one, it shows up on amazon as well.

I agree, it must be the intent here.
Yes, there are Epic tournaments. Check out the OutRyder Cup. ![]()
coolstuff is selling the actual rebel transport for 36 online today. you can use an actual one in a match as terrain but the one on ebay wouldnt be legal.
That actually looks really good.
It's tempting, but at almost the same price as an intact one from FFG, I would almost rather bash up an official one AND get another X-wing and such...
I bought one on eBay. Should be here any day now, and I'll let ya know what the deal is
Edited by UnfairBananaIt kind of looks like the debris template that comes with raider. It looks good, I made the guy an offer on ebay and got a little deal on it.

What deal?
Picked one up and still waiting on it. Going to be awesome as debris in casual games.
It looks cool and they arnt charging the earth for it, cardboard templates are functional but 3D stuff just looks better.
Might be a beat up FFG model that was then cast up in some kinda resin ?, cool anyway.

Looks great, can't say I would want to rough up my own transport to get the same effect though.

This
A little update to this thing. I ordered it Feb 2nd. It was expected to be delivered between the 11th and 17th.
As of today, I've received nothing. I'm not saying it's not going to show up, but I'm starting to worry. Use caution when ordering.
HOWEVER: the seller is based in the UK. I can understand long wait times with these port issues IF stuff like this is affected to. I don't know if it is or not, but I'm hoping that's what's causing it to take so long.
Has anyone else who ordered one received theirs yet?

Port issues are causing delays on the west coast. The east coast is having delays because of severe weather. Either way it's best to allow about twice the time for packages to arrive if they have to go through either area.
It looks like they have wrecked Corvettes too!
I can't wait to see some reviews of this stuff.
