Where I can buy individual pilot cards online?

Why, do you need replacements? If you lost some cards you can contact FFG customer support and they will likely replace them for you.

Probably ebay is where to go. A lot of promo cards are sold there but these are typically "overpriced". I have bought a few upgrade cards online from ebay sellers.

No I just don't have the funds to buy the expansions but want to buy specific pilot cards and the base cards for wedge and soontir fel.

Team covenant and eBay are your best bets, not done it myself so those are just the places I've heard about.

Many people have multiples of those particular pilots. I think I've even got 3-4 Fel's.

Surely someone would be happy to send you their extras

I've got a couple spare Fels, but I'm loath to part with the pilot cardboard, as it has a generic pilot on the opposite side. If it were, say, Fel/Fel's wrath on the cardboard, I'd probably be willing to send both cards and the cardboard chit in an envelope. :/
