It's not just the labor dispute though that is the major issue right now. The other problem comes from the proliferation of "super" cargo ships that are gaining popularity for the decreased labor and fuel costs per container...these Ports don't have the equipment and capacity to handle these ships efficiently yet either. Ah the lingering issues that will remain once this labor dispute is resolved...
