Agreed, this is my first involvement in a kickstarter so i too don't want to get burned. From asking questions and reading those of other's on the project i have to say he's been excellent at responding and seems perfectly reasonable to me. The fact they've also done previous kickstarter projects is also comforting...

I base a lot of my opinion on communication and (generally) i have a better experience if the people i deal with communicate well (it's the reason i'll stay a repeat customer at my FLGS and the couple of online retailers i use rather than chasing another £1 off here, there and everywhere... If my first purchase goes well (and i'm feeling confident it will) i will more than likely go to him again when needed...

Ahh OK suddenly i understand... (i get there in the end right...?)

My confusion was because if you watch the video the creator clearly talks about previous involvement in successful kick starter projects then mentions this one being the first one under the name "Greenman Designs....." (hence the "first created 0 backed" tags you refer to). I guess the current >180% backed status of the project also voids the whole 0 backed thing too hence my confusion-my bad...

I backed, can't wait to get my set.
