I opened up my new Rebel Aces today and I am missing 12 of the upgrade cards.

The only one I got was 1 x Proton Rockets.

Everything else appears present and correct although I don't want to open anything else in case something else is missing.

How do I resolve this?

Do I contact FFG or the place I bought them?

Can honestly say in the 50 or so ships I have bought this is a first.

Contact FFG.

Sent them a CS Form.

I wont open the other set just in case it is a rogue batch as I got them from same seller.

You should open it. That way if it too is missing the cards you can tell ffg about that as well. They will send you all the cards. don't worry.

Yeah and if you need to, you have the proof of purchase punch out that comes with it, unless that's missing as well.

If you have got a bad batch, it wouldn't be a bad idea to let your supplier know as well. That way they can check the rest of their stock.

Always contact the seller first. He is required to replace faulty products.

I would only contact FFG directly in case of single components that broke or got lost after I opened the product.
