On the chart for the Templar Calix it lists "Minor Psychic Power" and "Psychic Power" twice each. Does this mean that you may only take the listed talents twice? If so, I assume that applies to all careers in DH. I thought you could take a Talent as many times as you wanted, provided it was in a Talent Group.

Yes, you can only by a listed talent once unless it specifically states otherwise (as is the case with most Sound Constitutions). The Major and Minor Psycic Power talents listed in the Templer career fallow the same pattern as the Minor and Major talents listed for the psyker's other ranks. When one is listed, it means the psyker can purchase a power of that type for the cost listed and, once purchased, can not purchase another one unless there is another major or minor talent somewhere else in the advancement tree that they have yet to purchase.
