What would you fit onto these three guys to have them fly together?

I was thinking

Wedge: R7-T1 + PTL

Wes: Wingman

Luke + R2D2 + DTF

Wedge Antilles — X-Wing 29
Outmaneuver 3
R7-T1 3

Wes Janson — X-Wing 29
Decoy 2
R3-A2 2

Luke Skywalker — X-Wing 28
Veteran Instincts 1
R5-P9 3

While I do like PTL + R7-T1, Outmaneuver Wedge is probably my favourite way of running him it makes anyone not Jousting with him in a world of hurt. Followed by EH + EI + R7-T1.

Decoy is 1 point too many to get a better shot for Wes and it hamstrings the other two pilots in the firing order.

My suggestion is to just put VI on Wes to ensure he shoots first and invest in R2-D2 on Wedge. Also, Outmaneuver becomes a dead upgrade vs Falcons and Decimators. Predator or PtL are much more effective for Wedge's offensive output.

even though falcon and deci's can shoot 360 they still have firing arcs. i find that outmaneuver is more impactfull vs those ships since they don't need to use their arc you are normally not in it. so outmaneuver is not a dead upgrade against those ships imo is actually a really good one

He's referring to my above list with Outmaneuver-Wedge. Which is overkill when facing all large bases except the Aggressor, Y's, and B's.

I normally use Wedge as an Escort Hunter which is why I find Outmaneuver on him useful, as well as predicting possible movements becomes easier.

As for Decoy being too expensive it is when if PS10 Wes is what you want. But if you swap Wedge and Luke's EPT the Wes can Decoy to PS11 which is naturally unattainable.
