It never gets boring.

Thank you FFG for allowing me to live out my fantasy of flying an x wing fighter. Until they make one I can afford to buy and fly I'm stuck with little plastic (or pixels) spaceships and an over active imagination. It's genuinely one of the most fun games I have ever played and it has engaged me more than any other game I can think of.

Plus flying a bunch of x wings around on the table just looks sooooo cool. Ys, Bs, As and Z95s are all great, but the X wing is so iconic. It is Star Wars...

I can't believe they actually made a Scum & Villainy affiliation. If not for that, I doubt I would be back into this game. The idea of a Mist Hunter has me giddy with anticipation! And I can't wait to fly dual Aggressors! It took this game from, "Yeah, it's probably the best tabletop Star Wars game, but it doesn't catch me," to "SIGN ME UP! I WANT TO FLY THESE SHIPS SOOOO BAD!"

Yeah same here. The S&V are literally a third of the STAR WARS Universe, and it is as relevant and cool as anything FFG has made thus far.

Bring The SCUM!

Here's another post expressing my love of this game. It's scratched an itch I've had for a long, long time, that being a tabletop Star Wars space combat game that's actually GOOD. The old Wizards game had terri-bad rules and miniatures, plus that blasted randomized packaging scheme designed to get you to spend more money. I never got into it. Maybe I would have if the miniatures were higher quality than freaking Micro Machines (seriously, MM figures were WAY better!), but they'd quickly become dust collectors in a bin somewhere after I tired of the out-of-balanced rules and ships. FFG is clearly trying to make a quality product with an amazingly simple yet tactically complex game with fantastic miniatures. Here's hoping for a decade of good X-wing fun!

Thanks for turreted ships. They force me to think about how to manoeuvre to keep range of I want to keep my Phantoms, Interceptors and X-Wings alive rather than just arc-dodge, adding another level of tactical complexity to the game.

Plus they are fun to fly, especialy the 2400

I love the simplicity and elegance of the game's core mechanic and conceits, just as much as I love the complexity of the combinations and tactics possible.

"Easy to learn, difficult to master" is tough to pull off.

FFG: With success comes complacency, remember the Roman tales of the slave riding with the victor in the chariot to remind him of his own mortality.

Remember what got you here, don't become complacent and rest on your laurels, strive to make the game better by listening to your consumer base.

I agree totally, all of the ships work now as a whole making the game awesomeness.

At this point I'm just hoping they WON'T retheme Twilight Imperium 3 to Star Wars because that would be too much.

An RPG where you can play on the galactic level with TI3, fleet battles with Armada, dogfights and smaller capital ships with X-Wing, special missions with Imperial Assault.

My wife and I would never leave the table.

Thank you for taking an iconic series of movies and myriad books and turning them into a fun game that just about everyone can relate to, because honestly who DOESN'T know about Star Wars in some way?

Thank you for making a game of such high production quality. From someone who has been playing games since Chainmail and 1st Edition Dungeons and Dragons, my hat is off to you for how well the games are physically constructed.

And most of all thank you for putting up with rabid fans who argue, cry, whine, rage, rant and otherwise make you pull out your hair in frustration wondering if you can EVER make us happy?

Yea ffg keep up the good work making this game fair and balanced while complex enough that not so oblivious lists can be competitive even against the meta. It's an game that tests my brain even away from the table. Plus the cool minis

FFG, Thanks for constructing such a marvelous game! I have never felt so satisfied and so addicted to a game before! Rules? Elegant. Miniatures? Fantastic. Over-all quality of the game? The best I've ever seen.
