Stay on Target and Navigator work to a dog fighters advantage?
They do combine, but your maneuver is red if you trigger SoT.
It doesn't seem to come up often enough to be as good as it sounds on paper. Currently the best usage of SoT/Nav seems to be on a named Deci, and even with having access to it just doesn't seem super useful.

Keyan Farlander's probably the best. Pick 2K every turn, choose your maneuver from your whole dial when you move.

Obviously Farlander is a fan, but even then Navigator is probably overkill. How often do you really need access to your entire dial?

My VI'd Chiragator was the scourge of many a Whisper. Adding SoT however? Nah. Unless you of course add an Intelligence Agent.
