Just kicking around a few ideas for the local Store Championship... Haven't been playing long, so going in with a "have fun" attitude...

Thinking of either:

A-Wing (Jake Farrell, Chardaan Refit)

B-Wing (Ten Numb, E-2 modification and Mercenary Copilot)

E-Wing (Corran Horn, PTL, FCS, R2-D2)

Or:

YT-2400 (Dash, HLC, Navigator)

and either 2 B-Wings or Corran Horn

REALLY been having fun playing the 2400 with Dash and the Navigator, but am concerned about the ability to actually do enough damage before getting worn down...

Use what you love.

That being said...

First list: I think Ten would get more mileage out of Marksmanship rather than the crew - true, the crew allows you to Focus (and possibly have it for defense) or TL (and possibly have it for later), but it only works at Range 3. I'd say that choice depends on how often you have him at R3 rather than closer. Also, Jake...even after Aces, I don't think A-Wings cut it. Sure, he has psuedo-Push, but he's kind of expensive for two attack dice base. I'd rather spend the points on a generic B-Wing to fly next to Ten and let Corran fly around and do his thing, but that (and my opinion on A-Wings in general) is probably biased by the fact that I fly squints most of the time...and I see two attack dice as nothing more than an annoyance when I'm sitting behind 3 agility.

I have very little experience with big ships in general, so I don't have much to say about the second list, but if it's what you're familiar with and what you enjoy flying, then I'd go with that.
