Okay, I'll stop now. Don't want to get banned for spamming, but you see my point. Phantom (or more specifically, Advanced Cloaking Device) made this game into rock paper scissors.

Think less about decloak / attk and more about abilities. Whisper is also not gunner, just straight up whisper. Disagree about Rock Paper Scissors, we can counter whisper again with HLC, or rebel captive... But that's another forum thread
