But yeah, Ralf's ability to say NO to opponent's momentum generation is a lot more valid than Jubei's "OH LOOK +5 DAMAGE OMFG!"

i would say after bannings fire may be better than air, and order will definately be top dog. i think one of jubie's best uses will be to sand bag for gill in a spiral arrow lock deck.

Steve Horvath announced that Spiral Arrow would definately be banned after Nats, and he made this announcement during the announcement of the top 8. He said that he'd announce it on the forums with the July SotG, which he estimated would be up Wednesday. He hinted at some other cards being considered for bannings, but he didn't say what those were or if they would-for sure-be banned.
