I received this game as a gift but I live in a very remote area of the United States and was wondering if there are groups playing this online using twitch or some other means?

People do all sorts of things over a webcam (he he he).

Shouldn't be too difficult to mount a camera and play a game.

Your best bet would be to find your LGS (Local Game Store), and figure out who plays there, as this kind of game is always more fun in person.

Why not just play on Vassal? There is a Vassal mod.

Vassal is a online place to play Board Games. You just need to download Vassal and then the mod.

Just load the mod when you start up Vassal. Make an account when the mod comes up.

You need your cards to play the game though.
