I was missing some of what I wanted in here; one less Angel of Evening and one more Shooting Cap, probably, and I really wanted valuable experience in here, but I was making this deck the night before at 4am in the hotel with Wakeen(Megageese)/Shelby/Jacob/April but I couldn't find all the stuff I needed with a few things, so I went with that. I'd also cut Kuzuryu reppa to two probably, or even all together, and add in a two tiger furys instead.
The basic idea was:
Reversal with Heel Snipe, or on my turn Heel Snipe as they're commited slightly, commit their character with it or problem assets, first E: with akuma to commit out their entire staging area (with aquakinesis, i'm running like at least an 8HS, one game I hit a 12HS from Lyonette's Shop on their aqua, and had 4 out myself, i'm able to constantly outbuild them with a lot of 1diff, 0diff, and just good checks.), after this, on my turn, or immediately after, I juni's spiral arrow, saikyo ryu on either one of them. and I could if it was out shooting cap, or angel of evening on either one of them (or both), and, lyonette's would copy BRTs, or whatever I could get to help force spiral arrow through.
What the deck does is completely ignore what they have. almost 100%. Heel Snipe + Akuma is absolutely stupid. That, and ALL the E negation it has, it stopped spinta a lot, No Memories can skip through spike, etc.
Kung Fu Training also pushed spiral arrow through as well. I'll post more about it later, I'm building a deck for teams today at the moment.
