I've done a very similar list with a Defender instead of the Phantom.

Know that the approach can be hard. You will need to flank with Soontir Fel, most likely. The Shuttle will be heavily targeted. You might not get the most out of Vader as you will probably be shot at severely.

I say give Fel the Shield Upgrade for one point more. It might save you vs. a critical, especially if you see Mangler Cannons and such.
