Weirdly, I've had Storm of Spirits in both games Agnes has been in. Aggy rules with that spell (in the other game she also had Revelation of Script to boot).
I don't have any small box expansions, so I have no way to see how effective she might have been with them.

SoS is a 2-handed combat spell with +3 bonus that let's you use Lore instead of Fight for combat checks. So +5 for Agnes and utilises her Lore 6 nicely. Revelation of Script adds another +3 to Lore checks for the rest of the turn.

Thanks to you, I have the wiki link now and was able to take a gander and see what they did. 
One of these days I'll get KiY and BGotW, and add those mechanics and cards, but right now I have other priorities for the money.
