A big thank you to FFG support

I just wanted to say thank you to the FFG team. I purchased another E wing a couple weeks ago and it was missing the adv sen card. I email FFG and they sent me out another one. I just think it is awesome how they support there fan base. So once again Thank you!

Also has anyone else had experiences with the support team as well? and if so how was it for you?

They've replaced damaged pegs and a lost Lando cardboard base inset for me, on seperate occasions. FFG has fantastic support

How long did it take to respond. I have a hwk with a damaged peg on the ship. I filled out the form a couple days ago but haven't heard anything.

firs time took them about one week. this last time took the about 2 weeks to get back to me and stated it has been shipped.

You may not hear from them at all, until a parcel arrives in the mail with a nice, hand-written note

They replaced two entire threat counter dials from the Lord of the Rings LCG for me. They're awesome.

They replaced a missing peg for me...from thousands of miles away. FFG have brilliant customer support.

Thanks for the info. I have no doubt they have great customer service, I was just curious about the process.

Totally agree! I had one B-wing dial. Son spilled water on it.

2 Ships X-wing and a-Wing where the bases broken off inside the ships.

They fixed the problem quickly. Excellent indeed!!!!

They replaced a slightly warped ship base for me within two weeks- and I live in New Zealand.

Whatever else you can say about FFG, they have consistently great support of their products and top-notch component quality. Those two things mean that the solid majority of my hobby budget now goes on FFG products.

I had lost my crew deck during a move and they are replacing that FOC. Truly amazing, I mean i've no problem putting money down for the cards if I could.

I lost a TIE Bomber dial early on, emailed them, and a few weeks later the entire set of cardboard for a Bomber showed up in the mail. Can't say enough about how great FFG has been.

FFG Support is one of the best.
