I dig the stripes on the nexu, very neat!
Thx, Garkaahn actually looked way better before i put the purity seal on him. And the lighting was a bit bright so it made diala and the AT-ST all shiney.
Indeed the stripes on the nexu. Nice touch! Looking good!
Great job. I especially like your nexu's! Like the others say, those stripes are wicked!
Those are only nexu models here loyal to the film. Cool!
Thx guys, the nexu took about 2-3 hours per model. As tempting as it was to experiment with different colors i opted for the authentic look instead and from my wiki research saw that the Nexu in the movie had black eyes and the ffg illistrations had red eyes, so my elite has the red eyes, also has les striping but more larger prominent striping.
Your striping turned out nice. Mine looks like I dragged a thin brush over plastic in a striped pattern. Yours looks more like pigmentation in natural fur.
Any tips on doing the stripes?
Use a brown wash, stripe them on one side , let them dry, repeat until you have the tint you are looking for. It is very time consuming but the results will look more natural then simply streaking a brush across with a solid paint.
