I've submitted a few rules clarifications questions and have never gotten a response. For those of you that have gotten responses, how long does it usually take before you hear back from FFG?

One thing to keep in mind is that they will not generally respond to requests for a ruling on a ship or upgrade that isn't released yet.

I've only sent a few to them. The best came the next day. One took a little more than a week. One I didn't get a response until I asked them the same question again months later, then I immediately got an answer to my original message. And a couple questions I have never gotten an answer at all.

I sent a question in late one night (here in NZ), and the reply was in my inbox the following morning, around 6 hours later. I replied with a follow up question, to which Frank got back to me within 20 minutes. I guess it depends on his workload at the time.

I currently have a question submitted, and it has been a couple of days. I do not expect them to answer until they have had time to think the question through and come up with an answer that suits the rules and current FAQ
