What why can't you just kill the nexu? Since it's terrain the mobile rules say you can trace Los or attack adj if they are in terrain. Avoiding the normal can't attack terrain rule.
I know the rules don't say it but I would think the FAQ would address non-sentient saying it also forces them to not control items. It only makes sense.
It's a melee map meaning blast etc is great. I also don't think it's that bad of a mission.

Bah I missed that in the RRG when I looked for it when it came up a week ago. Nevermind, my bad.
I thought there was a rule about that, but I must have missed it when I looked it up.
Deleting my post.
Why did you delete it yes you can still kill it but since they(nexu) control objects from what I am reading in the rules its still a good question and tactic to bring up.
Putting a Probe there is a pretty interesting tactic too.

I deleted it since the intent was to show a situation where the mission could not be done, which does not exist based on the rule you pointed out. While it is still a viable tactic to camp a Probe of Nexu in there, you can in fact kill it you can, somewhat easily take away the advantage. In short, its not game-breaking, just annoying.
I still don't love the mission since it favors a specific list type (and to a small degree, faction), but I can live with it as a 1/6 or 1/X in the future.
On a somewhat related note, my impression of the AT-ST is improving by the day.
What about Massive figures? do you have to draw los from the squares not in the terrain? What about going adj to the squares that are they in Blocking terrain can you attack those squares?
Cant find anything about this?

They covered this in the FAQ. Massive and Mobile work exactly the same for terrain and LOS now via their clarification.
