Twin Terrors (Dual Firespray List for upcoming SC's)

So I'm a huge firespray fan, and have been running dual firespray lists for almost a year now, well over 100 games with them.

The main list I used for the longest time, including two store tournaments was:

Boba + HLC + Predator

Kath + HLC + Predator + Rebel Captive

This list works very well, however, for the past month or two I have been spoiled playing the scum versions on vassal. Not only are the pilot abilities miles better, but some of the new upgrades makes the squad much more interesting.

The one I'm running lately is:

Boba + HLC + Predator + Tactician + Feedback Array

Kath + Mangler + Predator + Tactician

So unfortunately besides the pilots themselves, mangler cannon and feedback array will not be usable at the store championships coming up either. With all the highly maneuverable/multi actions ships lately, I really want to maximize stress options to help out my squad. So help me choose from the following options to use.

Boba + HLC + Predator + Tactician

Kath + HLC + Lone Wolf + Tactician

Dropped the very effective stress giver rebel captive for two tacticians. Also dropped one predator to lone wolf. Means I'll be a bit less effective offensively while both ships are alive and close to each other, but will have a better end game ship.

3)

Boba + HLC + Predator + Rebel Captive

Kath + Proton Torpedo + Predator + Mara Jade

Two very good stress givers on both ships. Proton Torpedo will be good in the alpha strike to help the loss of the HLC on Kath.

4)

Boba + HLC + VI + Tactician

Kath + HLC + Predator + Rebel Captive

Simlar to list #2, better stress giving, but not as good offensively with no lone wolf. VI means boba can really hurt phantoms though.

I'm running imp since scum won't be out yet, my point initially was I HAVE been running the scum versions on vassal and greatly prefer them, but for store championships I have to go back to the imperial versions.

Something I've recently come across in my own obsession with dual firesprays is that if you have it, the autoblaster has a better synergy with Kath than the HLC.

Since the HLC turns it's crits into hits, she doesn't get to use her pilot ability with it. But hits from the autoblaster can't be cancelled by defense dice, only crits, if they do so Kath's ability kicks in.

Personally, I like your current Imperial list. I don't know what your meta is right now, but I find I get little use from the HLC's preferring Engine Upgrades on both of mine and Mara Jade on Fett.

That leaves 3 points for a proximity mine :-)

I really like Marksmanship on Kath, and, coupled with Tactician, it can make for a nasty Range 2 shot. Either they're taking a crit, losing substantial shielding, or taking two stress.

I like 1, 2, and 4. All have the firepower and Phantom counters that you'll need. I'd say, test out them out vs things like Chewy/Leebo, Corran/Han, Corran/Chewy, and maybe Rebel/Imp swarms. Beating those squada will also be important to get to the top cut. I'd probably stick with list 1, since 2 x predator is always nasty, and you have HLCs and Rebel Captive to take on Whisper. I DO love the combo of Rebel Captive and Tactician though, haha. Maybe make a list of what enemy squada each of your 4 options might be better or worse against because of your upgrade choices, and determine if you expect them to be a prevalent, or if you can give up having a harder time against for 1 of 4 rounds.
