Lack of supplements

By knasserII, in Star Wars: Age of Rebellion RPG

Ooh, goodie - something else my Politico can do!

I was doing the Q talent tree until Far Horizons dropped and I went entrepreneur instead. But perhaps there's something in here that syncs well with her!

Ah, found it:

* Analyst

* Propagandist

Let the speculation begin!

And they just announced another supplement. :D

That was hours ago, and we've heard nothing since! FFG's probably lost the license by now, and Age of Rebellion is a dead line.

I tease.

I heard it was because they used a carbine from the Prequel Era in Stay on Target.

Well, they got Caamasi right. The other two species... Eh.

It is interesting that for AOR they are apparently doing two career books in a row rather then alternating career books with adventure or region books like in EOE.

Well looks like the answer to my question last page was in fact 'a couple of days'. I'm starting to like being pleasantly surprised!

I was really hoping for Caamasi for a F&D campaign at some point, and I've featured Neimoidians and Gossam in my games before (though not in typical roles; a rival pilot and Rebel mercenaries respectively) so those are all welcome additions. Specializations should add good variety to the diplomat, I'm already picturing an underground journalist as an unlikely-but-useful recruit. A good choice for the 2nd AoR sourcebook.

Cool! I could do without the Caamasi, but Neimoidians are a natural choice. Chagrians would have been a good fit, but maybe they'll show up somewhere else down the line.

For months I tried to subtly suggest that just because books came out in a certain order for one product line doesn't mean that is literally the exact template being followed for each line...

I'd sure like to be a fly on the wall, to see how those decisions are made...

I'm sure more of it than you would expect comes down to "Which book is closest to done?"
