♤GAME MATRIX♤ ♡STORE CHAMPIONSHIP♡ ♧TACOMA, WA♧ ♢MARCH 22ND♢

By doji, in X-Wing Organized Play

Hi, I'm very new to the game, only playing for a few weeks with some friends. I probably won't come to the tournament since I'm so new, but I live in Tacoma and was wondering where people get together most often to play? I know Terracrux has a league on Thursday nights and they told me at Tacoma Games that a group meets there somewhat regularly.

The tournament is on Sunday, but our regular game nights are Fridays 7:00pm - midnight at The Game Matrix. We tend to skip the first Friday of the month.

Here's a Google maps link to The Game Matrix for convenience: https://goo.gl/maps/ZfkpI

Awesome, thanks for the info. How many people show up usually?

5-6

Random request for anybody who'll be there on the 22nd:

I'm creating individual packages for each of my ships with their tokens and dials, etc (I'm the cardstock matchbox guy). Due to the way that Most Wanted, the Firespray and YT-1300 are packaged, I'll wind up short of TL tokens to pack one with each ship that can take TL as an action. If anybody has their cardboard FFG TL tokens, but now uses Acrylic ones and doesn't see themselves ever going back to cardboard, I'll be happy to take them off your hands. The same goes for Ship numbers in the 1-10, 18-22 and 33-40 ranges. Thanks!

In case you are coming from down south, just saw that there will be lane closers this weekend until noon near the Nisqually bridge on Saturday and Sunday expect delays.

i would like to rsvp for 3. nicholas klusener, jimmy ng, and johnathan lugo.

Thanks for the heads up. Should bring us up to about 19.

Did I already RSVP? Looks like It's only me coming down from Silverdale this year, though.

Yep I got you.

Up to 23 after checking in store sign up sheet.

I too would like to RSVP for two, Dan Focke and Ben Focke.

Did anybody wind up with an extra Y-wing dial in their stuff? Mine went missing after the cut. (Which became sort of a joke as I ended up winning the Y-wing as a prize...

Also, Kevin, who played me in round five left his hard-2 and some stress tokens on the table. Matt (the TO) has them.

Had a great time, thanks to Matt for organizing and good to meet/catch up with everybody.

Had a great time at Game Matrix. The store definitely went the extra mile to provide a huge amount of prize support.

I was the last to leave the store with Matt and he mentioned having picked up a Ywing Dial... so contact him. I believe there is a casual xwing night this Friday from 7pm-12... come down and hang out with us.

Good to hear it was found. Unfortunately, I live far, far away. I'll have to figure out a way to get it.

Thanks for putting this together, myself on the boys from Bellingham had a great time. Congrats to whomever won!

NO I didn't find one, I mention that you lost one it is still not been found. items we found during clean up were the hard2 a couple of stress tokens and a blue target lock. Sorry Kyle no word on the dial.

I had been thinking how best to store the extra Scum Y-wing dial that comes in Most Wanted. Now I have an answer to that...

Any chance we could get the log file for the tourney uploaded to List Juggler or at least dumped here so it can get entered?

Ah, possible, I was barrowing a laptop and I can ask if he still has it. What were you looking for?

If you were using cryrodex as the tournament software, you can upload the file to http://lists.starwarsclubhouse.com/tourneys

Otherwise, you could just export the info to text here or somewhere and we could crowdsource getting it entered.
