Does anyone think that the Moldy Crow title will be errata'd to Rebel Only in the new FAQ or do you expect to see it played by both the Rebel and Scum factions?

I don't think you'll see it changed. It's a title for that ship. It's of course possible, but I'd be a bit surprised.
Seeing as how the Andrasta title isn't limited to Scum (nor Slave 1 limited to Imperial, but that could've been explained because of Boba), I doubt the Moldy Crow title would be retroactively errata'ed to Rebel Only.
