I roll and have 2 hits and one focus, now when someone who has Sensor Jammer uses it and changes a hit to a focus I can use my focus token. Now can I wait with Sensor Jammer for my opponent to use his focus token then use Jammer to make it a focus thus denying one hit?

You actually must wait for your opponent to decide whether or not to use Sensor Jammer before using a focus token. Order goes like this:

- Attacker rolls dice

- Defender modifies attack dice

- Attacker modifies attack dice

- Defender rolls dice

- Attacker modifies defense dice

- Defender modifies defense dice

- Compare results
