Mythic Games in Monterey, CA will be hosting an X-wing tournament on 31 JAN at noon. Registration is $5.00. Parking in the area is pretty bad unless you pay to park in the city garage, for something like $7-10 for the day, so please keep that in mind if you are coming. Also, there are many restaurants and a Trader Joe's within walking distance.
