Binder pages for sleeved pilot cards

By KnightShift, in X-Wing

Does anyone have a solution for putting sleeved pilot cards in a binder? I've some binder pages but they only work for un-sleeved cards... and I like my pilots to be sleeved. I've got pages that work great for the upgrades, those are fine. I'd like to be able to put all of them together in a zip-up binder if at all possible.

I just use the fixed 20-page binders from Ultra-Pro, they fit sleeved cards just fine. In fact, you can put up to three sleeved cards in one slot without much trouble. Helps with the multiple Generics.

I'd wanted to put all of my cards into one binder. Looks like I'll have to spring for one with attached/fixed pages just for the pilot ones. Wonder if anyone else does something like that.

I used ultra pro double sided, sideloaders I use players choice sleeves and for upgrades I two in a sleeves, they don't slide under and look great with a colored background, with PC sleeves they are a snug fit, tight enough not to move but easy enough to get out.

I used red for rebels, metallic blur for imps (didn't like the green), purple for upgrades and metallic gold for scum when they come out.

What size of Players Choice sleeves do you use?

EDIT: So far as I can tell they sell standard sizes and sleeves for Yu-Gi-Oh sized cards.

Yeah. This is a sticking point for yours truly. The only one is the Ultra-Pro pro binder. I am upset with the fact that I'll probably have to get a second for upgrade cards as the pages I use for those are actually bending cards. In another thread someone showed how they made a second seam in the binder to separate and more securely hold the upgrade cards. Once I figure out a good/easy way to do it that is the route I'll most likely take in the long run, as the amount of cards we have is starting to get expansive.

Standard Size, I've PMed u about emailing you pics, one day I'll make a online pic album and be able to post pics here

I sleeve my pilot cards in perfect fit sleeves (they are meant to double sleeve, with an ultra pro sleeve on the outside). They are very thin, barely large enough to fit around the pilot cards. I use regular FFG small sleeves for the upgrade cards. I keep everything in a 20 page fixed Monster binder. It holds the cards better than ultra pro binders (too loose for perfect fit card sleeves), not to mention the upgrade cards don't slide around when you load two in sideways.

Thanks y'all! My FLGS had the clear perfect fit sleeves, just what I was looking for. After the better part of an hour and a $20 zipped-up binder from Wallyworld I now have all my pilot cards *and* upgrade cards sleeved, categorized and bound together. With accommodation for plenty more to come. I may not be the best X-Wing gamer truth be known I'm quite atrocious... but at least my collection is nice and pretty now :)
