Anti-Phantom
why not drop blaster & nien for an ion cannon? Then you can always shoot it, even when boosting. Plus, ion @ PS 12 is much more scary to a phantom then a tokenless 3 die attack from the blaster turret. You still might have trouble getting a shot on the phantom though since your x-wings have no barrel-roll/boost and the phantom player will likely try to stay far away from Roark given how scary the ion is for him...
these ships seem a bit fragile for the amount of points spent on them though, and its Wes that will be the first priority target, not Wedge, since your PS12 chain and stress droid die with him.
I don't understand what Wingman and Nien Nunb contribute towards?
Blaster Turret and Engine also feels poorly thought out.
Veteran Instincts is better on Wes. His PS is already high, so it really helps. Give him R3-A2 so he can "strip and dip" in one go. After that, you don't need the Swarm chain because a stressed Phantom cannot recloak. Roark + Nera is also great (better) at this.
What you lack is decent positional ability. Being able to alter your move after the Phantom has moved is key to beating it, unless you can guess perfectly each time where it will end up.
Blaster turret is useless without Moldy Crow title.

You need at the bare minimum Recon Specialist.

Moldy Crow is more flexible option - you able to have TL and focus in one turn.
