So after testing out a previous list a few times I was going to take to a tourny, I was just very underwhelmed. It's not just that I was losing with it, but I just didn't click with it.
Will be trying this list below, but please let me know if there are any glaring weaknesses I don't see.

Kath is there for Phantom protection. If she loses initiative, I move second and have a better chance to line my my shots, if she goes first I have a chance to shoot at uncloaked Phantoms. Between the Flechette Torpedo, her [crit] ability and gunner, I'm hoping she puts on stress on the highly maneuverable things that hate it.
Vader for crits. Expecting to face decimators and other fatties.
2x Obsidians are there initially to escort the Space Cow and block if convenient. The reason I chose them over Academies is that at least initially I want them to shoot before the Space Cow to give Vader the best chance of landing his crits on the target.
