I've noticed there are a lot of Gundam fans here on the off topic sub. So what are your favorite mobile suits or armor.

Mine is the EX-S in blue sprinter colors. I love the mask design and the massive boosters it has!

Hard to decide. Best i can do is narrow it down to three...ok four.

We had a Gundam tactical rpg that we played in our group for a while using the SOG 1/300 scale figures. Sadly there was no Marasai but it was fun building custom weapons in that scale

Deathscythe (normal and hell) and heavy arms (the endless waltz one with the 4(!) chainguns! as well.

Shenlong and Tallgeese also looked good.

Wing Zero's buster rifle was obscene! and in later series the beam rifles only get's more OP.

I'd like to see a Deathscythe/heavyarms kitbash: first it opens it's cloak and the opens it's chest and weapon pods gunning down everything!

Beam rifles are vicious! I just finished 0083, and at one point a group of old Zakus ambush some GMs. The GMs start firing beam weapons and Zakus say naa to that and run off.

That is why i was happy to find mention of the beam Kampfer in the 1/144 model kit sheet. The standard Kampfer has rocket launchers and shotguns (Pump action shotguns are a bit daft in MS scale but good against light vehicles i suppose. pretty much a plot device weapon) plus beam sabres which are nice. But i like beam rifles and the Kampfer used a modified Gelgoog one . It is official, though only in the background story, but that was enough was enough since our gm is a stickler for the only canon rule

Smart move. Just being near that beam was enough to pop mobile suits/dolls like popcorn.

I watched the Gunpla Builders micro-series. I haven't watched Build Fighters yet, but I like the look of some of the MSs.

I was gonna call it Death blossom . But I also like Hell Arms.

It's not bad, part afectionate pardoy of "battle" anime like yu-gi-oh, and part tribute to gundam series and gunpla. It treats gunpla as serious buisness and some characters can be a bit silly, but the action scenes are great.

Death Blossom if we give it to Trowa. Hell Arms if Duo.

Gunpla Builders was the same, from the sound of it, though IIRC, more (for a given definition) based in reality (again, for a given definition).

Kyrios Mirage is a GN-003 Kyrios and GAT-X207 Blitz hybrid that I designed several years ago. Working on a kitbash model of it.

Syd Mead may be a good designer but when they got him to design MS for Turn A Gundam it was a terrible terrible mistake

Nether's not the only one. I mean, Tequila Gundam for Mexico? Really? Also, first one to get knocked out of the tournament by Maxter (USA)? Scud Gundam (Iraq).

Of course, then there was General-Totally-Not-MacArthur trying to nuke Japan-Devil Gundam with the Statue of Liberty Cannon. Trying to say something there, Japan?
