I'll likely be facing 3-5 Imperial small ships in a casual setting, with a high likelyhood of Interceptors.

I like the endurance of Horton in those two alternatives, a well placed Proton Torpedo can lay down a lot of hurt!
An alternative
I also really love Jake Farrel and his ability to do barrel rolls, give him VI and se him outmanouver TIE interceptors, the extra points can be used to give a Gunner or Luke to the B-wing.
I ran Biggs, Wedge and Ten Numb(with luke as crew) yeasterday, worked well
Why predator on Ibitsam? She likes stress, I would pick an EPT that can give stress.

Agreed, if you don't really plan on using her ability, I would take Nera instead.
Though the B-Wing has some good red maneuvers, so I'm sure you can put Ibtisam to good use.
EDIT: Forgot to actually answer the question...I would take Horton in that list, mainly for his turret. You can ion the interceptors and use Ibtisam's and Wedge's barrel rolls to get in close.
Tycho is good, too, but I've always felt a little "meh" about A-Wings.
Edited by cody campbellI played Ibtisam before, and I never needed an ability to give stress - I just need to use the B-Wing's many red maneuvers. Predator has the advantage of being helpful when I have stress, I don't lose any points I've spent on the upgrade. Lone Wolf seems a bit overkill on her, since she already rerolls her one defense die, and I'm hoping she won't be that far away from any of the other pilots.
I personally adore A-Wings, especially Tycho, but I'm hearing a solid "Horton" here. I'll definitely give him a try!
I'd say Jake instead, he's awesome at hunting Interceptors.

Then you can either add a SD on him or put those three points somewhere else if you like.
What about a Tycho switching his Lone Wolf for Expert Handling?
Lone Wolf would give him better longevity, BR-Boost is however a good way to avoid arcs and close distance. It's difficult to say what would be better. I think I'd personally go for Lone Wolf. You can turtle up with Focus-Evade and then have both defensive and offensive reroll. It can also help with the PR. If you have a good opportunity to shoot it but need to boost to get in range you will still be able to reroll one die, which is better than none.
Cool, thanks! Maybe I'll try both someday!
