This is my Legacy Donovan Lock out deck. I just figured id get some feedback on it. Its been doing well but I need to get some Spiral Arrows for sure. Also, Im not sure about Megalomania it works well with a few cards just not as much as hoped. Not bad off a YWNE.. Any help appecated. Im also not sure about High Plasma Beam but its not bad for now..

It's absoutely worthwhile to dual- or tri-symbol this deck. Inhuman Perception = your opponent has to put up with 2 foundations/turn, you don't. And early/mid game, you're only playing 2 cards a turn, so it's never really hard to put together a chain.
