Our next Store tournament will be a 2 list tourny to shake the meta a bit. Since im pretty sure that there will still be huge amount of big ships around i thought about a decimator + ties as first list against phantoms and as the second list a tie swarm + Bombers. So here some lists that came to my mind.

So 4 Academy Pilots and 2 Bomber the problem i see here is that jonus is pretty expensive for 2 rerolls. Also the bombers are juicy targets and the highest PS is 6

Same idea this time Howlrunner but without Jonus

In case youre wondering, yes i would like to use ordnance on the bombers. The homing missiles seem to be the least "inaccurate" of the bunch and ion torpedos will annoy a lot of lists and will hopefully keep guys like dash in my ties sights.

Any critic and ideas are welcome!

I'd drop the Homing Missile in exchange for an Assault Missile. If you land the Ion Torpedo then an Assault follow up would be easier.

Another option if the main purpose of the Bombers is added control you might want them both with a Flechette + Ion Pulse combo for 5pts each.

I've been running a 2 bomber 2 black squad list recently, and having loads of fun... loads of prox mines and torpedoe and rocket fun that is.

Depending on the opponent, I have been changing up ordnance, and EPTs on the BSPs.. its fun, and Jonus can slide an extra action to any of the others for some good fun. I keep wanting to figure a way to get another bomber in, but I'll have to downgrade the BSPs to academies, and I like the BSPs ability to take the EPTs, and the choices there are for that. They work well with Intimidation as well.
