Will S&V's ships & cards be added to the My Collection list soon? I want to start planning out squadrons based on my pre-orders.

I'll be adding them as soon as we know how many of each card are in each box.

More updates (because I am bad at sleeping):

• Recently spoiled M3-A Interceptor dial added.
• Huge ships and huge-only upgrades no longer show up when in Standard mode. To access them, switch to Epic, Team Epic, or Custom, using the dropdown by the total squad points.
• The delete X in the upgrades is bigger and hopefully easier to hit on mobile.
• Squad notes show up in the printout.

Really wish I could dismiss that blue banner.

Not sure if this counts as a bug or not, but it just let me assign a Stygian Particle Accelerator to an X-Wing.

Make your list and hit view as text then select BBcode you can copy and paste your lists to your heart's desire.

It's a nice tool but could be a little more friendly to tablets.

Oh yes and the language resets itself to german whenever it logs out. I do speak german too, but i would like it to be english per default, so what would i need to do?

I've stopped using your builder on Google Chrome. Ever since I created a log-in the page freezes when I try to use it. I use explorer for it now instead.

I still wish would had made the description box slide down the screen in the relative top right corner, if I make a list with more than 7 ships the description box goes up off the screen. It's quite annoying to have to shift up and down up and down for each card I try to read. *chuckle*

I use your builder all the time as i don't need stupid facebook to log in and save my squads. So most of my stuff is saved there.

1) When i open the text/print window the "Fancy" squad looks great, but i can't find the abilities of the pilots and cards as you announced in this thread.

2) When i want to print the squad on paper or into a PDF file, The Squad Title disappears from the top black bar, the shield, attack etc symbols disappear, and it refuses to save or print any colors!

Am i doing something wrong? I just wanted to print some squads out and now i have to go to voidstate, compose all the squads i need, and print them out from there.

guys the best squad builder is by far the X-wing Squad Designer app its in 4 languages has only 1000 downloads so far what i cant understand. but the thing is its easy to use its easy to understand and gives u the option to save ure collection so it automaticly shows u if u have enough upgrade cards of any type if u build a new list. its really awesome in the app-store. u can save squads copy them make modifications if needed. i dont know i saved 2 scum lists, 8 imperial ones and 1 rebel list. and the app is updating. not fast on updating but it gets track of the releases from FFG so that it can Update.

There's an 'X' on the right that makes it go away, and it shouldn't show up again after the first load. Does it persist even after reloading? (It'll show up once per computer.)

That's allowed; this spawned all sorts of speculation about other cloaked ships that FFG could release.

That shouldn't be happening, and I can't reproduce it; what OS/browser are you using? If mobile, try clearing the cache. Safari seems to be really bad about hanging on to cached stuff when it shouldn't be.

1) Force reload the page (usually hold Shift and hit the reload button, or the key combo, e.g. Shift+Ctrl+R or Shift+Cmd+R); you may have the old CSS cached.

2) Make sure that your print options enable printing background images and colors.

Try clearing Safari's browser cache; I've seen this happen before and it may be due to some caching issues.

I'm not using Safari, I'm using Mercury. Cleared the cache, didn't change anything, still don't get the pop up window to actually log in.

OK, well now I don't know what is going on.

It was a problem with pop up permissions. Somehow the authorization site got added to my list of unallowed pop ups. (BTW, anyone know how to edit that list in mercury? there didn't seem to be an option)

Anyway, I switched it to allow all pop ups and then that worked and I got the correct window to enter my info, which i did. Then it just sat there in that window for a while saying it was "completing authorization".

after sitting there for a minute or so, I reloaded and then it said "authorization failed"

I switched back to the squad builder and was not logged in, but when I reloaded the page I was.

Thinking it was just some little hiccup and that I should try again, I logged out, reloaded the squad builder again, hit the log in button and now the pop up window won't come up again, even though it is still set to allow all pop ups.

Sigh.

I'm willing to accept though that this is an issue with my device and not really a problem with the squad builder.

BTW, thanks a bunch for changing the drop downs for epic vs standard. It feels much better now.

The reset to german language happens both on my iPhone6 on Safari And on my PC where i use Firefox (newest update i believe)

Is it possible that i have the german version bookmarked? That would explain it on PC at least. Or that it automatically takes ower my timezone or Windows language (but i have an english copy so probably not)

On the phone i leave the page open usually and when i go back to it and it has auto-logged out it's always back to german.

I miss having names on ships when printing. The new icons are mostly cool but some EU ships are hard to recognise. For new players this might be confusing. Would it be possible to have the names there as well?

I'll look into it; I have an outstanding issue to investigate why on some screens the dialog takes up too much space.

I switched to the icons since some of the pilot/ship combos took up a lot of space (looking at you, Omicron Group Pilot/Lambda-class Shuttle). I agree that the EU ship silhouettes might not be be immediately recognizable, but for new players I think it's easier to match a miniature to the silhouette than to a name they won't know ("which one is the M3-A Interceptor?" etc.).

Geordan, I love your squad builder and number of guys I play with use it a lot as well. One of the updates you posted recently appears to have messed up the ship stat display. I am getting text symbols instead of the attack (and others) icons that were there previously. The system is not letting post a screen cap of what I am seeing.

Never mind, it is loading fine now. Must have been a cache issue. Again thanks for all your hard work.
