Hey everyone, wanted to get feedback on a squad I am thinking of running for my local store championship.
Chewie - PTL, C-3p0, Lando, Falcon
Dash - PTL, Nien numb, HLC
3p0 and Lando combined with Chewie's Crit immunity helps him soak up a lot of damage while Dash's ability allows him to manuever pretty well. This play-tested pretty well, but just want to see if I am missing something.

It seems like you don't really need the falcon title when you have Lando and its going to be hard cleaning stress from PTL for Chewie. Experimental interface is an alternative, but it's about the same as PTL except with fewer options.
Keep in mind HLC on Dash won't be 360 degrees either,so, if you're just looking for more dice then Mangler cannon might be a good alternative. With the switch from HLC to Mangler you could put the falcon, PTL, Lando, 3po and ex-interface on Chewie. Although, I'm not sure if you'd get three actions from ptl and interface. I'll check that out now.

The falcon title adds a lot of survivability to chewie. With ptl he can focus or tl AND evade in one turn, combined with lando and 3p0 that yt is staying on the board a lot longer than it should. And the 1300's dial isn't too bad for clearing stress, you just have to know when to use ptl in terms of what maneuvers you've set yourself up for next turn. Yes, I agree, but hear this logic. Chewie will be the natural target and by adding EI and utilizing PTL at the proper momment together with Lando AND 3po makes Chewie virtually untouchable if he is in danger. you just have to be willing to pay the cost of clearing two stress and rolling 2 less dice for dash. btw - PTL and EI can work together as nested actions (see this thread).
So, if you give up HLC in favor of Mangler on Dash you can pick up a chewie stacked with evasion. Mangler isn't that bad either espicially vs TIE swarms giving one die a 50/50 crit chance.

I also considered using Recon Specialist with Jan Orrs....but that wouldn't give the same number of options. The only advantage there is getting an extra evade for no stress.

Unless blocked, Chewie does a green move and gets Focus, Target Lock, and Evade (plus 3PO) every. single. turn. Very annoying. Leebo on the other hand only had a Focus or Evade and a PS5 doughnut hole. I think swapping Jan for Lone Wolf would make this a stronger build, though when they stick together they can really put the hurt on targets and Chewie can cover the hole.
Once Mangler Cannons arrive, it's a whole new ball game. Between Jan's points and the 4 saved over HLC, you've got 6 points freed up for Leebo. Recon Specialist/Predator?

I don't own C3PO. What would be a good option for those 3 points?
If you keep close to Leebo, a Recon Specialist will give you Focus & Evade thanks to Jan.
