Alrighty, Those in the east coast Blood Bowl community have probably heard about the Four Diamonds Charity Tournament the Central PA Blood Bowl Players put on each year to help raise money for the Four Diamonds Foundation. Over the past few years we have been looking at expanding the game systems being played to further help out this great charity. This year will be the first year that X-wing will be one of the hosted games. With that said here is a word from the Main organizer:

Hi all!

I've been the organizer of a charity Blood Bowl tournament in Harrisburg, PA for the last 8 years. We are always looking for new games to add to our event, and over the past year the local gaming group has been playing a LOT of X-Wing so it seemed like a natural fit!

As we have always done, ALL money collected will be donated directly to The Four Diamonds Fund.

We have a long tradition of great raffle prizes; for X-Wing we are working on:
• Custom painted Firespray
• 'Stealth' Phantom
• Converted center cockpit YT-1300
• Custom painted B-Wing squadron

About the 4 Diamonds Fund:

The 4 Diamonds is a wonderful charity that supports children undergoing cancer treatment and their families. I was touched by this incredible organization when my own daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumor, the support and compassion they showed gave us more comfort than I think they will ever know.

Though my daughter did not survive her fight, every day 4 Diamonds supports research into new treatments, assists families with financial needs, provides invaluable emotional support, and helps in many other ways.

Raising money for the 4 Diamonds has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I am hoping you’d like to be a part of it.

If you have any questions, I'll keep an eye on this thread and try to get an answer as fast as possible to you. Also we hope to be able to increase the amount of raffle prizes available and I'll update this with it as we get confirmation or receipt of support. If you are unable to make it and would be interested in possibly offering up something for support feel free to send me message. The organizers eat up all the costs for running this event so again everything raised goes to charity.
