Greetings!
I've got the yellow and green FF sleeves for the smaller cards, but was wondering if anyone has anything they use for the bigger player cards?
Thanks in advance!

I don't have everything handy, but it was either 3"x5" or 4"x6" sleeves from Ultra Pro that I used. Just measure the card itself then go buy whichever of those two makes sense. I did have to trim the edges down, but ultimately that little bit of work pays off.
I did the exact same thing for my Descent heroes.
Lamination?
Lamination?
You run the long-term risk of the plastic starting to separate around the edges over time with a lot of handling, then you're kind of in a jam.
Get the big sleeves, they're like 50 for $5 or something like that, and you've got them not only for those 6 heroes, but future heroes, and any other game that uses a similarly sized card.
I bought these:

Very sturdy, protects well, but they are a little big, about 1.25 inches too big on one side, but you can cut them down.
Edited by FizzI've lami mine. And if they should start to separate at the edges I'll either re-laminate or double-laminate them. Or maybe use some glue.
For anyone in the UK I found these on eBay and they're perfect, no trimming required:
I imagine the same things can be found elsewhere.

I have the same as Fizz. They are really useful for storage while running a campaign there's enough slop in the hard cased hero card holder to place any of the purchased upgrades/xp cards. It's really nice.
