Is scum and villany going to be legal to use at regionals?

If it's officially released in stores before they start, it should be. FFG's policy is anything that is released to everyone is valid.

S&V pretty much as to be here first. Regionals don't start for what a few months yet? S&V should be here end of Feb at the latest.

I would think by giving away an alternate art Scum Boba Fett that they expect Scum will be at Regionals this year!

Given that wave 4 became legal the moment it was released (half way through last years regional). I would say most definitely, especially since all signs point to S&V being out within the next couple weeks.
