Well to be fair, it's a combo of what the CR-90 and the Transport was. So CR-90 size ship with a small ship included and the price difference isn't sooooo bad. Not great for sure, but not unreasonable.

And despite the exchange rate it will probably be a good $10-$15 more expensive here in NZ

To an extent I accept that, but we get hit with those sorts of mark ups for digital distribution as well, where the 'remote' factor is immaterial.

Also $USD CD's tend to be 25% of the retail price here, so it ends up being half price if I order from Amazon and pay shipping.

Yes they are high but thats because our wages are so high

I used MM once, yes they have good prices but to ship to NZ is madness but shipping from the UK is much cheaper and faster somehow
