Hey I just started playing. Me and a friend are ready to play. Just wondering if there's anywhere to play. I heard Dice Dojo in the city plays, but thats a little far for us. I'm in Rosemont and work in Downers Grove. So anyplaces between there is ideal for me

There are a number of games going on at The Wandering Dragon (http://wanderingdragon.com/) in Plainfield. This might be a little far for you, and they do have a $5 table fee, but the place is great and they have games in various different systems every night. I know they're trying to recruit for a game some day during the week.

Based on your location, it sounds like getting something together at Games Plus in Mt. Prospect is a good bet. If nothing else, you might also try organizing an event at the ENWorld Gameday (http://gameday.buzzmo.com/).

I am, but on the far north side of the city. Dice Dojo is my spot if I want to do any sort of live gaming, generally. I'm from the burbs though. You shouldn't have too much trouble forming a group if you can get 2 friends to join you, and then just post that you HAVE a group and are looking to add 2-3 more players. That's a slightly stronger position. Good luck!

Heh... There is a reason I drive the 80 min to Wandering Dragon every other Saturday. Great store, great group, there is not much closer that plays. Oh, and tell Patrick I said hi.
