So i am trying to get a list build that would be easy for my 6 year old to fly he really likes the game and does a great job with little help needed in the single ship games with me and my friends but seems to have more trouble with the 100pt game range. He really wants to play at the next small store tourny and i need something i can build for him so he can practice and fly with out my assistance. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I'd say something like a Fat Han and 1 or 2 other ships. As long as he knows how to use Han's abilities like 3PO, I think he should be ok.

Or you could go with a double YT list, they wouldn't be quite so fat, so they'd be easier to keep track of what each can do. Something like...

So you want simple I got simple, mercenary firespray with recon specialist plus two onyx defenders *drops Mic*

Your little tyke can fly head first and take some bumps, after first round of combat defenders k turn and firespray uses its rear arc.

I think a list like that would need to focus heavily on the maneuvering and shooting and less on the interactions and other stuff you need to keep track of.

So, low number of ships (not a problem in the current environment) at least. I'll assume you have everything available, but only one of each. If you don't have something we'll find out soon enough.

How about:

A six year old? Oomph....that's rough.

Go with the easy Fat Han?

4 Gold Squadrons with R2 and Ion Cannon Turrets perhaps?

That's a lot of hit points for opponents to chew through, while they have a good chance of only flying straight. Once a ship is ioned, the other Y-Wings creep in to attack with three dice.

No ship depends on another for synergy so that might help him keep track of things without overwhelming him. The R2's make it easier to shed stress from Rebel Captives and stuff.

The only thing i am missing is stuff from epic ships i have 1 or more of everything else. I like the Fat Han idea How would you suggest making it work without 3PO.

I also like the Vessry and Boba List as it seems tough fun and easy to fly and i have everything for it.

It is only hard when his brothers are distracting him.

Without 3PO I'd suggest using Lando and Jan as crew on Han.

Lando rolls for evades and focus, Jan turns one focus into an evade.

Luke, R2D2, lone wolf, proton torpedoes, stealth device

Han, VI, chewie, C3P0, title, engine.

If I were 6 years old again I'd want to fly this list.
