The judge on the other hand seems pretty cool.
It would be interesting to know how Woody Guthrie and Game of Thrones fit into his complaint.
Aaawwwwwwwwwww!!!! This judge just crushed the best chance we had at actually being able to fly an XWing!!!
If he wanted to build a "flying car" why on earth didn't he go for a landspeeder instead of a single seat space fighter. He was delusional to start with.
It seems his whole case was that Disney were holding back the development of his flying "car" concept, but he might have been more believable if he actually had a car-type design to start with. It also sounded like he needed their financial backing more than anything else.
What a dreamer. ![]()
I read over it all.
From what I understand he had two issues. One is that the only way his flying car would be viable is if it looked like something everyone already knew. So he had to make it look like a X-Wing or no one would buy it...
The other apparently is he somehow came to the conclusion that because Disney actually listened to his pitch, they were somehow obligated to sign on to it. So all he had to do is come up with the idea and get Disney to listen to it, then they'd be required to actually make it happen.
