last Sunday my rebel players choose Target of Opportunity and I have some doubts regarding the incapacitated saboteurs. I read on the rule reference guide about the restrictions applied by the "incapacitated" status, still, I have this doubt:

- does an incapacitated figure can move?

I know that the saboteurs lose their surge bonus when incapacitated. Still, I think it would be too much unfair if they could still be moved even when incapacitated, given that they can't be targeted again in any way. This won't change a lot if they were already both in front of the archive door, but in my case I managed to stop one of them in the corridor from the prison to the archive door.

They can still move or attack. But they just have one action each round and lose their surge bonus.
