Hi all need stats for a moff/grand moff please

i need something for Grand Moff Torith

Just went through the latest Order 66 podcast about creating npcs. I'd suggest asking yourself a few questions first:

1. What is his purpose in the story?
2. Along with #1, how will he interact with the PCs?
3. Is he semi-equal to the PCs or is he a big villain? (beefed-up Rival or a Nemesis)
4. Is combat with the Grand Moff possible?

The way you build him will depend greatly on what he's intended to be used for in the story. If they're going to talk with him, and nothing else, then that would be very different from a Grand Moff they surprise while out in the city where the PCs might be able to actually engage him.

If he's a recurring villain that will constantly be thwarting the PCs, or hunting them, or sending bounty hunters after them, etc. then he should be built to be almost unkillable and a Nemesis. If he's just in for one session/episode, then you don't need that much detail and just look to the part he's playing and make sure he can do everything you want him to.

Obvious Imperial Moff on Pg 403 is Obvious...

If you need something more specific then you need to answer the Q's Terghon asked. What's his purpose, what's the encounter that features him supposed be like, what's he supposed to be like?
