The art of Bullying someone...

An off topic side note - if such a thing is possible here - did the blue forums just get replaced with white for everyone? Or is my browser acting screwy?

Also - here, the top of my desk:

PPPSSHH, what a bunch of junk. :P

Tomorrow I will do a video walkthrough of my area...I just have to clean it up a bit for an audience.

My wall of games. Mind this is an older picture as many of the gaps have been further filled with more books.

That is much closer to my collection.. . ooh look you have Top Secret S.I as well. :) and is that the original cyberpunk boxed set I see... ahhh...memories.

I see Battletech...that was a fine RPG, the few times I ran it. One of the few rules I can't part with.

Battletech was the war game, you are thinking about Mechwarrior I think...

I've pretty much played everything at one point or another. Maybe not for long, but yeah.

Hey! Torg! I think you are the only person I know to own a copy. Ever.

Ah, right. I did play both, forgot which was which. For Battletech, I'll never forget when my tricked out Raven (45 tons) took out a fleeing Atlas (100 tons) with a headshot by rolling lucky boxcars (12), followed by snake-eyes (2). I don't remember the charts, only the numbers and the result.

This is about.... 1/3 or so of my collection.

I only started collecting RPGs in 2004.

Yea...

And some of my less-common games. I'm one of the only people I know who actually owns Continuum: Roleplaying in The Yet (a time travel RPG), The Laundry (The RPG based on the British Civil Service department that deals with Cthulhu Mythos entities), A-State (semi-kind-post-apocalyptic RPG) and Unknown Armies (used to be well known, but now it seems no one has it).

I don't have an RPG collection, as this is the only pen and paper game I have ever played. I do have around 2600 comic books occupying a corner of my room... I currently have my X-Wing CR-90 and GR-75 Transport displayed on a shelf with room for the Imperial Raider when that finally comes out.

The stay puff marshmallow man asks "Please sir can you dust us?"

That looks eerily close down to color of shelves and books on them to what I have in my basement.

Merc I've been hearing noises of late in my basement. If you've found yourself homeless and moved in come on upstairs we can play some games.

@Sturn/Merc.

You see, he offers games, but no food or drink! What a meanie! Perhaps he hopes to keep you weakened so he can win more easily.

"He puts the dice in the basket or he gets the hose again."

:P :D

Okay, so further to my previous post where I said I'd let you all know about my vasectomy, I got home about an hour ago and so far everything is fine. The worst thing about the procedure was that there were two elderly nurses in attendance who got the privilege of staring at my frightened bits for half an hour. And at the end, they sprayed the whole area orange - apparently to sterilise (ha!) it, but in reality I think it was just for their own amusement.

I'll keep you posted.

HAHAHA!

best thread ever...

Gee Merc, maybe we went to far. Newcomers are going to think we are bullying some poor chap for having his bits tied off.

Don't make me laugh so much - it hurts.

:( ... I'm sad because I made you hurt...

 ... But, I'm thinking, well, at least we gave you a good chuckle..

 ... Happy we can make you laugh...

:( ... Oh, that's right it hurts to laugh...I made myself sad again.

:)... But still smiling because we can make you laugh.

Ladies and Gentlemen, my 2001st post!

Thank you, thank you very much.

So since this is the OT thread what do y'all think of the new marvel star wars comics? I think Darth Vader is the best series so far and love that he is much more powerful than in previous incarnations. My main complaint is that it seems as If Tatooine is the center of the universe. I want new or non-film planets in the comics. Not the same thing over and over again.

I am enjoying them so far. A lot of good call backs but still new stuff.

And yes, I wish they would avoid Tatooine like the plague.

Only if they don't read the whole thread. Not that I would be surprised if it did happen. Wouldn't be the first time someone came on here posting without reading first. Wait, did i suddenly go back on the thread topic? Dammit, time for another vasectomy joke...

I know its a little late now, but info for future individuals going under the knife to save some money. Or if they're concerned about a couple of older nurses getting a look at the goods.
