Amazon is not the most reliable. It's possible, but not likely.

Seeing how it's still on the boat, it seems highly unlikely it would hit stores that soon. But there have been cases where Amazon gets stuff a good bit sooner than other places.

Thats not really fair it's cost them more to buy that stock and they are having to pass on that extra, they've not done it with other rare ships its just that one ship thats rare and hard to get stock of.

Sorry for sounding a little jaded here, but I'm sick of seeing hard to come by ships being sold for far more than their rrp. I don't mind paying a little over the odds but almost double the price - I don't think so.

Again, look beyond the British borders if you don't want to wait and don't want to pay through the nose. You could have 15 B-Wings sitting on your table for 11 pounds each in a week's time. Including shipping.

There's a street (in store) date of about 10 days after the icon changes from "boat" to "shipping to stores." It's still on the boat, so it will be a minimum of a couple weeks until that changes. Otherwise, all dates are guesses, even the "Expected By..." dates they provide on their upcoming page.

Its not the first time they've bought stock at a higher price, last time they had some b-wings they were going for £13, if they were just price gouging they'd of had them for the same price last time.

No doubt they are making a profit they are a business but i honestly just think its an issue of supply and demand, compared to £30 for interceptors or £60 for falcons its no where near as extortionate.

Plus you don't have to buy them at that price just wait till stocks freely available.

My FLGS says this week also....he is expecting his stock imminently.

I have pre ordered the Most Wanted pack from amazon, which 'says' it will be delivered (estimate!!!) on the 23rd Jan, Ive been waiting for it to come on their website as it is a fairly reliable place to ensure you will get one, rather than being dissapointed in other stores with all the pre orders out there. lets see if I get a email saying its actually despatched....
