Since we have some time to kill until new content is released, I decided to start thinking about decks to make with the new cards. The only spoiled hero so far is Tactics Aragorn, so this deck is built around his strengths. It's primarily intended for 3-4 player games where it is paired with questing/support decks. This deck has enough firepower to kill every enemy, so the other decks just need enough defenders to survive an attack or two.

This deck takes full advantage of each hero's abilities. Mablung can either quest for 2 or defend for 4 with a Gondorian Shield. The standard combo only requires a warhorse and weapon on Hama. Optionally engage one enemy, block or feint, kill with Aragorn and Hama to get back feint and play foe-hammer. Engage another enemy with Aragorn's ability and kill him with Hama to get back the foe-hammer. Just from that you are getting +2 resources a turn from Mablung and +3 cards a turn with foe-hammer.
Knight of Minas Tirith and Dunedain Hunter let you get a resource during planning and give you the firepower to kill the 2nd and 3rd enemies. Hama should be killing 2 enemies a turn, so the first Keeping Count can go on him. Cycling Foe-Hammers should give you enough card draw to get a 2nd warhorse and 2nd keeping count, so Aragorn can easily be hitting for 10+ against 2 enemies a turn. At that point he should have a Rivendell Bow, so he can start using Hands Upon the Bow during questing to kill 1 enemy and pull down another enemy. This could easily clear 5+ threat out of the staging area and help questing significantly. Hama can then kill the 2nd enemy to recycle hands upon the bow. He can also use quick strikes to kill an enemy engaged with someone else then use his ability to bring over another enemy, effectively protecting the other players from 2 enemies with one card.
This should easily be an extra 2 resources a turn, if not 3-4. With all those resources the eagles become very affordable and thicket of spears cycling is doable without consuming all available resources. You only really need 1 weapon each on Aragorn and Hama and 1 shield on Mablung, so the extras can be discarded for Hama's ability. Straight shots are quest-dependent, but can be used to auto-kill enemies with 1 armor thanks to Tactagorn's passive armor reduction. If you do have a quest with low armor enemies, Hama can recycle straight shots to get maximum use. But most of the time you are better off attacking and engaging enemies anyway so you can get the extra resources and event cycling. For that reason I left out Mighty Prowess and other direct damage cards.
I'm not the kind of guy that uses proxies, but I know some people are. Feel free to give this a try and let me know how it goes. I'm curious which cards you might take out to get it down to 50. And don't say Keeping Count. That card rocks!
