They were Romance achievements, Haley - basically a staple of Bioware games :)

First I googled "what are bioware games?" and turns out I recognize many of the title names! But I don't get to play very many video games. Still, it helped me understand achievemrnts better so tyvm!

Then I googled "How many times had the FFG forum sent me to Google?" and my computer smoked and sparked and died. This is the new version of Kirk telling a computer to calculate pi to the last digit. You guys killed my computer.

Bioware games are basically dating sims with a bunch of geeky game stuff bolted on to please their evil Electronic Arts masters...

We've become monsters :(

A Homebrew Gundam Seed RP campaign I was in did this. My main character got a special trait which had no effect on his abilities added to his sheet after the warship he commanded killed the anime's protagonist and a few other people who killed canon characters got them as well.

In-game, there are certainly medals or awards given by organizations or powerful individuals. Or reputation, among certain circles.

We've become monsters :(

You mean, like with a thermal detonator? Been there, done that.

Or do you mean more like using turreted dual medium laser cannons against ground troops and racking up in excess of 14 points of ship-scale damage per linked shot, but against ground targets that would take personal-scale type damage? Been there, done that, too. ;)

Crazy Ivan! : perform an inflight maneuver that doesn't really make sense.

Curse Your Sudden But Inevitable Betrayal! : get suckered in by the most obvious trap ever.

Pain Is Scary: interpret nonspecific directions in order to be very persuasive.

Now THIS is podracing! : Win a podrace

Thanks for all of the lighthearted responses so far everyone. I know a couple of people who'll especially enjoy the Firefly themed ideas.

I jokingly placed a space porn datapad in a bad guy hideout, and of course somebody took it. He kept mentioning he had it so I ended up giving him a free rank of Xenology!

Would You Like To Know More: use the Holonet to find information.

Come On You Apes! : pass a fear check in combat.

I'm From Buenos Aires... : kill 'em all!
