They have increased the number of events for each region from 2 to 3. Well done FFG, well done....Thank you.

Edited by stmackLook like Boba is putting "fat" Han on Ice..... ![]()
Those Black templates...ooooo....drooool ![]()
Interesting that it looks very much like those are S&V versions of Fett.
Whoooooooooooooooooooooo! Can't wait!

It would be sweet if it was double-sided with Scum on one side and Empire on the other with the same art on each side.

Or one side there are disintegrations and one side there are no disintegrations?
Edited by stmackJust looked up the S&V card and compared it to the picture. It's a S&V Fett not an Imperial one, and once I zoomed in a bit I can see the S&V logo on the card itself.

Not sure of the chances but I hope Mr.Nice Guy games gets a regional this year.
That's a nice thing about living an hour away from the FFG event center... I already know which one I'll be going to. ![]()

The field of Scum card backs it's sitting on gave it away for me ![]()
24 regionals across the U.S.! It's awesome that they're giving away translucent dice to top 8 again. More acrylic shield tokens (to the top 16) is nice, too.
[edit] Hopefully Region 7's tourneys are in D.C., Chicago and Columbus. Would make the most sense.
Edited by DanthraxFantasy Flight does a better job than any other company in the industry when it comes to Organized Play prize support. I love every single thing in this kit. With any luck, I'll be able to make it out to one of these Regionals.
Heck I'd show up just for the sake of one of the Fett cards ![]()
It's curious that they moved away from a movie still for this one. The comic art made sense for a character like Fel who never had a movie appearance, but I'm kind of surprised that they'd go with this rather than, say, a shot of Fett in Cloud City. I hope it's not too much of a trend. I like the photo cards.
But either way, good to get Fett - I may think he's an overhyped pansy, but he's definitely a central character, and good to see they're going out of their way to make him notable.

I agree with both ![]()
But I actually like the art rather than the movie still. Perhaps they couldn't find one they liked with a frozen Han?
This just shows how much the game has grown. Glad to see FFG recognizes they have a good thing going.
There was a fair amount of grumbling last year on having so few. Guess they took that to heart.

This. My region had a regional 4 hours away from the most densely populated area in the region. Made little sense.
For reference, here's last year's map with regional splits and tournament locations:

Sounds like you live in Portland or Seattle! =P
Yep.
Here's your population density:

It's obvious, the entire state of Idaho paid FFG to host a Regional event last year.
And only 16 people showed up to that one...
Edited by DeltmiWell now hopefully there can be regionals at Spokane, Seattle and Portland (Boise only got 18 people, which was the lowest attendance of any regional last year ... yeesh).
Ooo, Alt art scum Boba. The maneuver templates are neat too.
I'm a good deal more excited about the Netrunner regionals goodies though. Official acrylic credit tokens... and 16 packs, so getting some isn't entirely unreasonable.
